The customer can return defective product within 15 days after receiving the order. The hangtag must still be on the product. We will fully examine the product and notify you of your right to a refund, if applicable. The refund will normally be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be made by the same form of payment of the order.

In this case, the refund will be complete and the collection will be made at our expense, indicating the collection address, contact telephone number and pick up time.


If the customer is not satisfied with the products he ordered for any reason, he can return the products within 15 days after delivery, ensuring that:

• Products are clean and unused (clothing is allowed)

• The product is in its original packaging.

The refund will be processed by rule within 10 working days and in the event that the return is made within 15 days from the day you received the order shipping confirmation.

There are two options to return your order:

-Option 1: We process the collection directly, indicating the collection address, contact telephone number and hours. In this case, we will refund only the cost of the dress.

-Option 2: You take care of the shipping and the return payment. In this case, we will refund the total cost of shipping + dress, charged at the time you placed your order.

In either of these 2 options, the shipping costs are shared, you would pay the outbound shipping and we would pay the return shipping.
